Nail It With A Shoe

I think we’ve all been in a situation where we didn’t have the right tool for the job.   Maybe you tried to hang a picture using a shoe to drive the nail rather than the hammer you wish you had.  Maybe you tried to do some delicate knife work using a 12 inch chef’s knife rather than the paring knife you needed. What’s New?

It’s Monday.  A new work week.  Maybe a fresh start?  Probably not, at least not unless you’re thinking and trying new things.  When was the last time you broke a media habit and watched a different outlet’s news?  Glued to CNN all day?  How about MSNBC or Fox?  Same stories, maybe, but VERY different perspectives, and that other lens might change your thinking.  Continue reading

Puffs!

Breakfast is a big meal here at Rancho Deluxe.  Sometimes we have it more than once a day.  So imagine our delight when we received a Magic Pancake Puff pan as a gift!
