Time Off For Good Behavior

It’s almost Christmas and I know many of you will be taking time off from what you do day-to-day in order to relax.  Me too, sort of.  One thing I’ve found is that traffic to this blog (hopefully others as well) drops off a lot during holidays.  Makes sense – this is mostly business-related and who the heck wants to think about business whilst on holiday?

So a few brief things:

Thank you to all of you who read this blog.  If you’re a regular – spread the word.  If you’re not, please let me know what you’d like to see so I can get you back more often.

Thank you to the clients with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working over the last 12 months.  You guys are a lot of the inspiration for the blog.  Howdy and get some rest to clients both continuing and new.  You’re going to need it as we bust our butts to make 2010 a banner year.

Finally, I’m going to repost some of my favorite scribbles over the next week.  Please do check them out and let me know if they hold up as time has passed.  But that’s enough for today.  Let’s grab an egg-nog, fire up the Yule Log, and enjoy!

You didn’t get me down.” He may have been spitting blood but he wasn’t down. More importantly, although he was hanging on the ropes, he got back up.  You watch that scene from Raging Bull and you wonder – how does any boxer get up after getting beaten to a pulp? I wonder that sometimes as well but not about boxers. Continue reading
