Sometimes things that go wrong in a business are hard to find. Sometimes we don’t even know they’ve gone wrong. It’s easy to spot the employee that disrupts a vibe of a department or the salesperson who isn’t producing. Other problems are much more insidious and require a deeper dive by management. Here is an interesting post from Mitch Joel of Twist Image to start the new year. It’s all about separating the wheat from the chaff in the new media strategist space. After all, what does one need to be an expert here in our digital playground? A Twitter account? A nice Facebook page?
